The
industrial laboratory was established at the turn of September and October 2015
as a specialized and professional support for the production of alternative
fuel SRF and RDF produced in the Recovery Centre of the Plant for Waste
Processing and Production of Alternative Fuels in Leśno Górne.
In
order to ensure the best quality of SRF and RDF fuels, the laboratory monitors
their quality by testing. The physicochemical composition of raw materials used
for fuel production is also examined.
The
laboratory conducts tests of solid fuel samples according to applicable
standards both in terms of applied procedures and the standards applied.
Analyses being carried out:
Calorific
value
Moisture determinatio
Determining
ash value
Determining ignition los
Determining chlorine valu
In accordance with the standards:
PN-ISO 1928:2002; PN-G-04513:1981
PN-80/G-04511; PN-ISO 579:2002; PN-ISO 687:2002
PN-ISO 1171:2002P
PN-EN 15169:2011
PN-ISO 587:2000
The laboratory, within the framework of cooperation with the Department of Soil Science, Grassland and Environmental Chemistry, Faculty of Environmental Management and Agriculture, West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, participated in the project of elaboration of energy technology for the use of a mixture of sewage sludge and RDF fuel, co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Operational Programme of the West Pomeranian Province 2014-2020.
Our laboratory is open to cooperation with other entities in the field of research and analysis in accordance with the above-mentioned standards. We accept orders for testing that cover analyses of waste, solid municipal waste, sludge, mud, bio-waste, solid fuels, including alternative fuels.
